There is something called standards, and you MUST establish them. If you don’t have a standard, you will accept far less than you deserve. This book has reminded so many women that their lives matter. Your goals matter. Your children will grow up, and for some of us, our husbands will even move on!

I know it sucks to have to start over😩, but there are resources and things you can do to get out the mud. You have to first be willing to accept help! Help doesn’t always come how you want it and when, but if it does come around, don’t let PRIDE get in the way. Some of us are suffering right now because we didn’t take the help offered to us👂.
